About the film
This is the first animated film created by the Lithuanian Film Studio. It tells a story of a man who lives under an apple tree on an island. To his delight, one day another man pays a visit. The newcomer decides that the shadow cast by the apple tree may be preventing a palm tree from growing. This story was inspired by the events of the Prague Spring.
